Analysis of the In-App Purchase Process
When you open the shop in the app (recorded at most once per day), tap a credit package, or a purchase is cancelled or fails, we store with your user account the time, the selected package, the payment provider (Google Play or Apple), the currency of the store prices and, in the event of a cancellation or error, the affected step and the technical type of error. We do not receive payment details such as card numbers; payments are processed exclusively by Google or Apple.
If a purchase is cancelled or fails, the app additionally transmits the technical error message, the language setting and the Android and browser version. We store this information in a log file that contains only your internal user ID, but neither your name nor your email address; entries in this file are deleted after 12 months at the latest. We also create an internal support ticket with your account's email address (at most one per day) so that we can investigate the problem and contact you if necessary. You will not receive an automatic email as a result.
The purpose is to analyze and improve the purchase process and to detect and fix technical errors during purchases. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning and understandable purchase process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where we help you with a failed purchase, additionally the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The purchase events and support tickets stored with your account are deleted when your account is deleted. You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests.
Plugins and Embedded Functions and Content
We integrate functional and content elements into our online offering that are obtained from the servers of their respective providers, e.g. Google Fonts.

We ask you to regularly inform yourself about the content of our privacy policy. We adapt the privacy policy as soon as changes in the data processing carried out by us make this necessary.
